SILAMBAM
Silambam is a traditional Indian martial art from Tamil Nadu that focuses on the use of bamboo sticks, and swift movements. For students, learning Silambam is a journey of self-discipline, resilience and cultural appreciation.
TAEKWONDO
Taekwondo is a popular martial art offered in many schools, focusing on self- defense, discipline and respect. It is known for its high – energy kicks, powerful punches and quick footwork. It provides students with a safe and structured environment to build confidence and improve fitness.
SKATING
Skating increases the balancing skills and helps in giving a recreational activity which can be practiced without any need for a partner. Skating is ideally learnt at a tender age and hence it is introduced in the lower classes.
