Extracurricular activities are those activities that students participate in outside of their regular academic classes. They include a wide range of interests, such as sports, arts, music, debate, community service, and much more. These activities are an essential part of the school experience and play a key role in students’ overall development.

Our school offers a plethora of extracurricular activities such as Taekwondo, Yoga, Dance, Chess, Silambam, Skating, Key board, Craft work, Art work, Archery. 

SILAMBAM

Silambam is a traditional Indian martial art from Tamil Nadu that focuses on the use of bamboo sticks, and swift movements. For students, learning Silambam is a journey of self-discipline, resilience and cultural appreciation.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is a popular martial art offered in many schools, focusing on self- defense, discipline and respect. It is known for its high – energy kicks, powerful punches and quick footwork. It provides students with a safe and structured environment to build confidence and improve fitness.

SKATING

Skating increases the balancing skills and helps in giving a recreational activity which can be practiced without any need for a partner. Skating is ideally learnt at a tender age and hence it is introduced in the lower classes.

CHESS

To improve the analytical skills in children Chess is being offered at school. The game of chess helps young people learn to concentrate, think logically, overcome obstacles, spot patterns and categorize information. It offers a combination of educational and social activity.

YOGA

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques to promote overall well – being. Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities, making it a beneficial activity for students both physically and mentally

BHARATHAM

Bharatham is more than a dance form; it is a blend of art, culture and devotion. It teaches students discipline, creativity and respect for Indian traditions.

ARCHERY

Archery is a unique and rewarding activity that combines skill with mental discipline. It involves using a bow to shoot arrows at a target and requires focus, strength and precision.

MUSICAL BAND
